Refunds, Returns & Delayed Shippment
REFUND POLICY
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless the product arrives damaged.
If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact earthspurity@hotmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive please get in contact with Australia post and process your claim through them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned via express and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you on our decision.
If you are approved then we will proceed with a exchange on the exact product and cover the cost of standard postage.
The only time a refund will be given is if we have inventory error.

To return your product please get in contact with us and we will supply you with a postal address.
Keep in mind exchanged product may take time to reach you.
